The 8-Week Physical Training Phase (PTP)
of my army life is done,
and i had just embarked on the next phase,
which is the Basic Military Training (BMT).
Saw the enhanced batch of recruits enlisting the whole of last week.
I guess there will be more fun as more people joins in.
They are those who passed their NAPFA test,
thus need not go through the PTP, unlike us.
As blur as we are when we first entered army,
there bound to be some funny incident here and there.
Can't help it, but laugh ah.
The week that just passed was kind of fucked up.
Anything and everything that could went wrong
actually really went wrong.
Had our live firing done, which i sucks at.
I don't know if is the prior rifle adjustment that is not done properly
or is that my skills are really that bad,
my shots are always off the accuracy
though the grouping were close.
I mean that's how it works:
as long as you hit the target, whether it's spread out like shit
or very nice shots that are close together,
you will still get the point.
And if the sensor sense it, even if you don't hit the target
at where it should be, it will still be counted.
Hai.
Was just so demoralised
that i had to reshoot, and twice.
That makes it 3 in total.
Even the reshoot, the 3rd shoot i did,
for one particular position, i did it for 3 times,
where everyone else left
and i'm still there.
Yes, i got to say i'm thankful that the chance was given to me to retry,
but deep deep inside, i felt like damn damn damnnnnn sad.
Like even a simple series of shots also bo tio the target.
Pardon me lah uh, but my emotional strength is just THAT weak.
I just felt like crying,
i just
can't help it.
All that was just the first high key event,
and i already felt so, so, damn bad.
What about the next few?
I just hope i have that
physical, mental and emotional strength to tahan till then.
Like seriously.
